Description

Old original Historical Homestead of Alfred Bussell & Families built 1857 to 1865.. Destroyed by bushfires in November 2011, under the ownership of Michael & Rose Chaney, prominent business man of WA.. The ruins of old homestead, mansion, caretakers quarters, various outbuildings & extravagant gardens still stand post the bushfires unrestored. Visible from roadside lookout.
