Thanks for your enquiry.  Cobbler Pool is now closed permanently to camping.  This occurred as part of the Shire of Toodyay OCM on 24th April 2025.   The Caravan and Camping Grounds Regulations 1997 outlines where a person may camp; Cobbler Pool does not fall under any criteria within Section 10 or Section 11.  Thus, by continuing to turn a blind eye to uncontrolled (and illegal) camping at Cobbler Pool, the Shire of Toodyay would be accepting significant and unwarranted risk.   Further details behind the decision are available in the unconfirmed Minutes of the meeting.   Kind regards,
