Check in 2-6pm Checkout 10am After hours & early checkins can be arranged charges apply Early checkin 12pm-2pm $20 Late check out 10am-12pm $20 Late check in 6pm-8pm $30 NO check in's accepted 8pm-12pm The verandah around our home is out of bounds. ( excluding emergencies) Silver machinery shed out of bounds if you are found here you will be asked to leave immediately no refunds given. 5km max on our grounds. Please note we have bird life and a couple of dogs that occasionally visit the sites, any injuries caused by guests you are 100% liable for vet fees. Any fatalities to our birds there is a $150 charge. Damage to sprinklers there is a $50 repair charge and solinoids are $250. They are all above ground and visible. By booking you are agreeing to these terms. We also have a very strict cancellation policy, if you cancel 7 days prior to your check In date we will refund 50% If you cancel within a 7 day period to your check in time no refunds will be given. Under NO circumstances is outside timber/firewood to be brought onto our property for bio security reasons. Contact us for fire pit hire and wood supply if you would like one at your site, a communal fire pit with wood is provided for free. BYO toilet paper Take your rubbish no public bins available. Don't throw cooked bones in the gardens or grounds as the dogs will find them. Generators off & music down by 10pm Happy to offer reduced rates for bookings over 7days (excluding peak periods) The Fun stuff, Hide away in one of our onsite hammocks, enjoy grassy reticulated site's, be serenaded to sleep by one of our many frogs, howling at the full moon wholeheartedly encouraged!
