No entry without prior bookings We are a private property with beautiful grassy sites. Check in 2-6pm Checkout 10am Please note we have bird life and a couple of dogs that occasionally visit the sites, any injuries caused by guests you are 100% liable for vet fees. Any fatalities to our birds there is a $150 charge. Damage to sprinklers there is a $50 repair charge and solinoids are $250. They are all above ground and visible. By booking you are agreeing to these terms. We also have a very strict cancellation policy, if you cancel 7 days prior to your check In date we will refund 50% If you cancel within a 7 day period to your check in time no refunds will be given. Please take all rubbish with you. No public bins are supplied. BYO toilet paper.
