I worked for awhile in this office building. I thought it might be helpful for other backpackers/travellers/overlanders passing through Melbourne. There are toilets on every floor and hot showers on basement level 1. You do not have access to toilet on the ground floor as you need a keycard. Don't be fooled - no other toilets require a keycard. Check photos for more details! There's no reception or anything - so you can just walk in. Everything gets cleaned frequently as it is an office building.
