Description

Western Australia street artist Sobrane Simcock was commissioned to paint the privately owned Tungamah Silos in 2018. The dancing Brolgas and the Kookaburras are loved locally by the community and Brolgas can sometimes be seen in low lying swamp lands. This Silo was the beginning of the North Victoria Silo Art Trail and Sobrane was the first Australian female silo artist. In October 2019, Sobrane returned to add colourful birds and foliage to the existing Kookaburra on the steel silo.
