Historically used as farmland, the property is now used for producing our fine quality farmhouse cheeses in one of the premium wine and food regions of Australia. The Macedon Ranges, renowned for its stunning scenery, has a long history of farming, winemaking and crafted food production. Wine and cheese are natural partners in the Macedon Ranges region. Many local wineries and our cheese farm offer a variety of skills from farmers, cheesemakers and winemakers. We give our contribution to the local scenery making authentic artisan cheese the Italian way just 35 minutes from Melbourne.
