Description

Nature walk - Quinn's Island in Cobram Regional Park truly is a waterbird haven. A 40-hectare island formed by a bend in the Murray River has been cut off by a small anabranch creek called Scott's Creek. Pedestrian access to the island is via a bridge off River Road. The island has two kilometres of defined walking trails, a large bird hide and beaches. A number of Aboriginal artefacts such as scar trees, flint tools and middens, have been found on the island. Koala habitat. No bins - TAKE YOUR RUBBISH WITH YOU Walking Track 3.2 kilometres. Warnings and restrictions apply. Please see the Parks Victoria website for information.
