Description
Gentle Annie is situated in North Eastern Victoria on the King River, two kilometres from the township of Whitfield in the King Valley region. The reserve is approximately 2.8 hectares in area; on both sides of the King River connected by the Gentle Annie Bridge and is notable for the immediate access to the King River that it offers to visitors.
The reserve was created 60 years ago and represents a significant local community resource that offers valued recreational and caravan/camping facilities for generations of local residents and visitors. The continued popularity of the reserve over decades is an indicator of the quality of the enjoyment and the natural environment it is situated in with numerous attractions and activities for visitors to avail themselves to. Dogs are welcome.
