The Glenlyon Recreation Reserve offers camping by donation in car park no. 2 and is accessible to motorhomes, campervans, camper trailers, caravans and big rigs. It is 72 hrs only Place your donation in the slot in the door at the main buildings. Donations go towards improving facilities at the reserve. No public camping when large events on Please do not camp in the playground area. Or horse areas Take all rubbish with you. NO Fires Bring your four legged friend to explore this reserve (must be on a leash at all times). This site can be inaccessible after heavy rain and may be closed at certain times due to events. The campground will be closed for camping: New Year's Eve and New Years Day Do not camp near horse stalls as this is car park Closed 9 to 11 Feb and 24 and 25 Feb 2024 for events Please note there is a Dysart Lane on the left coming in from Dalysford, and Dysart Street, where this facility is, is on the right. Once on Dysart Street you travel down the hill until you see a small lake on your right, then soon after you cross a bridge and the recreation reserve turn is immediately over the bridge on your left.
