Description

Located in the Lower Glenelg National Park, beside the Glenelg River, Battersby Camp has two sites. The camping site offers vehicle access, toilets, tank water (treat before drinking), fireplace, on-site information and access to jetties. Boat launching facilities are not available. Sites are unpowered and suitable for one camper-trailer, one large tent or a couple of smaller tents. All campsites in the park must be booked and fees apply. Campfires are permitted in the fireplaces provided except on days of Total Fire Ban or high fire danger. Fireplaces may be shared between campsites. Fallen, dry firewood can be collected in the park but it is recommended that campers bring firewood with them. No pets.
