If you are planning to enjoy the Tarkine Drive, stop at this sensational rainforest walk. The Sinkhole Walk is an unformed track to navigate. It is not a flat walk. It's a beautiful walk that meanders through the lush mossy rainforest with an abundance of fungi, myrtles, leatherwoods, sassafras, and ferns, passing a limestone sinkhole before looping back to the car park. Follow the orange triangles to stay on the track. You will notice the occasional post with a white feather on a blue background. This is to indicate a forming sinkhole. There is plenty of parking and two nice BBQ shelters with tables and gas BBQs at the entry to this walk. The toilet is near the turn-off.
