Arthouse Hostel
Backpacker HostelDescription
Newly converted, the Arthouse Hostel in Launceston has undergone a fitout of brand new beds with inner-spring matresses, new plates, bowls and cutlery in both kitchens, and fire sprinklers and smoke/thermal detectors linked directly to the fire brigade.
Catering for backpackers, hikers (or trampers if you are a Kiwi), student, youth hostel travellers, holiday makers and more - your stay here will be clean, comfortable and most importantly, safe. Every guest will be treated like a VIP.
The ground floor kitchen opens into a large, light and airy dining room and quiet lounge, whilst the entrance opens into another dedicated lounge area with space to open your maps, plan your tours, pack your packs and watch some TV on the huge plasma TV. Out the back door of the kitchen we have a herb garden and a FREE BBQ in a lovely courtyard.
