Description

This roadside rest area is located on the Stuart Highway North of Port Augusta and is accessible to vehicles travelling in both directions. Whilst overnight stays in rest areas are a genuinely acceptable method for fatigue management, stays longer than 24 hours are not encouraged. Bitumen pullout with rubbish bin, picnic table and shelter. This is a combined truck and car rest area. Please do not park in the truck parking area and ensure there is plenty of room for trucks to enter and exit the site and to park and take their mandatory rest.
