Trevathan Falls
Point of InterestDescription
This free point of interest offers nice scenery, wildlife viewing and swimming.
It is accessible to four wheel drives.
No camping or overnight parking allowed.
Please be aware that the track in to the falls can change depending on traffic usage and weather. Drive slowly and carefully with respect to other visitors and locals.
The last 200 meters is very rough and require high clearance. Usually it will be best to park and walk that section.
The track into the falls requires a good level of fitness and may be dangerous depending on weather and usage.
The falls area in the creek has large boulders that can be slippery. Proceed with extreme care. If you choose to swim, do so with care. At times the water can run fast and pose hazards.
