The Mural is to celebrate Humpback Whale Migration which occurs usually from June to August each year.
There is no caravan or motor-home parking at the Slade Point Water Tower, however there is parking available for large vehicles at the nearby Gannet Street beach car park, which is only a short 5 minute walk to the tower.
