Silo Art - Holloways Beach Water Tower Art
Point of InterestDescription
Holloway's Beach Water Tower Art - Queensland
Location: Crn Cassia & Oleander Streets, Holloways Beach, QLD
Artists: German Post Graffiti Duo - Low Bros
The work focuses Coral Bleaching, a negative environmental condition brought on by human stressors such as pollution, rising sea temperatures and over-fishing. This threat affects the fragile ecosystems of tropical seas, particularly the Great Barrier Reef.
The Holloway's Beach Water Tower is located on a small triangular reserve. One side of the triangle is Oleander Street which is the main road into Holloway's Beach. It does have some kerb side parking, but the other side road which is Alamanda Street is more suitable for parking large vehicles. Here you can pull off the road and park on the reserve. Suitable for caravans and motor-homes alike.
No camping or overnight parking.
