Description

The Chinchilla Visitor Information Centre offers a one stop shop for travel information; maps, brochures and itineraries. Come in and meet their team of friendly volunteers whilst browsing souvenirs, homemade jam, chutneys and local honey. Check out the beautifully crafted gifts created by local artisans and post your holiday pics with free Wi-Fi. The Chinchilla Visitor Information Centre is located on the Warrego Highway, next door to the iconic Big Melon, with easy off street parking for vehicles of all sizes and free potable water for your RV. A fully fenced children's playground, toilets, picnic tables and barbecue facilities are all nearby. Donations for camping at Chinchilla Weir can be left here.
