Tinana Creek from Teddington Weir to the upstream limit of the ponded area of Talegalla Weir forms the Teddington Weir WSS.
It's a nice drive on the forestry roads to the weir.
You will see kangaroos & other wildlife.
Be alert on the roads for them.
At the weir there is much birdlife.
Access to the weir is by Weir Road which is just before a grid off Talegalla Drive if coming from Maryborough via Bidwill Road.
No signs are in place giving directions.
Google Maps may say its accessible via Cedar Road or Cypress Road. This is wrong!!
The track to the weir is boggy in places after rain.
There is a walking track to the weir from where you will park your vehicle.
Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.
No camping or overnight parking.
