A 29 Hectare park managed by QLD National Parks. Home to 2 endangered tree species, Brigalow and Belah, and 7 bird species.
Day use area only with a short walk picnic tables, toilets, park bench.
No dogs as National Park controlled.
Irongate Walking Circuit
Distance: 1,200m return
Walking time: Approximately 20 minutes
The walk starts near the park entrance with an easy grade gravel track that winds its way through different vegetation. Signage helps identify the local plants and trees. Look out for the many species of reptiles, birds and other fauna living in the area.
