Description

This free day use area offers toilets, nice scenery and wildlife viewing. It is dog friendly. The lookout is a timber deck giving a view of the historic railway dam and now provides opportunity for birdwatching. An information board gives the history of the Many Peaks townsite. The viewing platform at the dam has been named the Frank and Barb McKee Lookout after Frank and his wife, the driving forces behind the restoration of this beautiful local spot. No camping or overnight parking allowed.
