Access to Cobbold Gorge is by GUIDED TOUR ONLY. Only a short walk from the swimming pool, restaurant and bar, the camping area is quiet but close enough to be part of Cobbold Village life and to access other facilities if and when you want them. The camping area is unpowered with designated fire pits in a heavily shaded area to provide a cool, relaxed space perfect for camper trailer and tents, with a campsite surface of dirt. This area is NOT suitable for solar panels or caravans due to the heavy foliage and limited space. A variety of powered sites are available in close proximity to clean, modern amenities complete with a laundry, as well as gas and 18 Cobbold Villagewood-fired barbecues and fireplaces. Our powered sites are available in three styles, powered; terraced drive thru; and ensuite (with your own private bathroom). Powered sites have a mixed campsite surface of pebble and dirt. Drive through sites and ensuite sites are predominately a pebble base. Ensuite sites are located in a different area of the Village, further away from the camp kitchen and laundry, so as to allow sites to be spacious and well managed. Generators and drones NOT allowed.
