Description

This is a Paid campground. You must be self contained. You must book in advance. Dairy@Goomeri is a 20 acre property located on the edge of the township of Goomeri with direct access to the rail trail. The property used to be a working dairy farm and the original dairy still stands atop the hill. The famous Goomeri Bakery, Grand Hotel, Goomeri Cafe, Lightning Tree Wine Bar and Foodworks supermarket are a 5-10 min walk away. If you are in the region for wine there is a great selection of wineries approximately 20 min drive away, Dusty Hill, Clovely Estate, Prendergasts Irish tavern and many more. We have a small creek that runs beside the property if you want to cool off however Lake Barambah and Kinbombi Falls are close by swimming areas. We can direct you to walks in the area and bike riding. Pets are welcome on a lead and fires permitted (in accordance with local fire restrictions) with wood available. Fully self contained camping and 4 x 4 vehicles recommended - tents welcome at your discretion. Group bookings welcome on request. What you bring please take out.
