CampgroundDescription
Wallaman Falls camping area is adjacent to Stony Creek in the Wallaman Falls, Girringun National Park. Wood fire barbecues, picnic tables, shelter sheds, water and a cold water shower are provided. Remember to treat all water before drinking. The camping area is set in open woodland adjacent to Stony Creek.
Sites must be booked before arrival at the campground. A tag with your booking number must be displayed at your camp site.
From the entrance to the park, follow the dirt road straight ahead to the camping area. The camping area can be reached by conventional vehicle. Care is required on the range, which is slippery when wet. Towing caravans is not recommended.
Open fires are allowed (except when fire bans apply) in existing fire rings only. Do not collect firewood in the national park.
Generators: not permitted.
Mobile phone coverage is not available. A public phone is available at the camping area.
Dogs are not permitted.
