Description

Theresa Creek Dam is located 22 km south/west of Clermont in Central Queensland. With bitumen access all the way to the boat ramp, with 2 boat ramps to choose from. This is the perfect dam for those who like swimming, canoeing, water skiing, fishing, or just relaxing and watching time pass you by. Permits for fishing are required through the Post Office in Clermont or online. Camping fees are $20.00 per couple/night, and kids are free. NO BOOKINGS required. However, sites can be booked through the Isaac Regional Council website if needed. Generators ARE allowed. Dogs are most welcome as long as they are kept on a leash and cleaned up after Drinking water is limited (not for filling RV tanks). This is a glass free area. Campfires are permitted. Eftpos is available with a small charge. Good phone coverage around the house/kiosk area. * no Internet/phone calls on Optus and Telstra gave one bar but kept dropping out. Tried again near the house/kiosk as suggested with no luck. 9/8/24
