She-oak Hideaway
CampgroundDescription
She-oak Hideaway located in Maryvale by the riverside. The riverside is a peaceful place with two large camping areas. There are two large water holes suitable for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Down by the riverside you will see water dragons, ducks, swamp hens, occasional wallabies and koalas.
We are an 11 minute drive to the very popular Main Range National Park which has some beautiful hiking trails and is the perfect place for a picnic. We have a great country pub close by as well. Pets are welcome but please ensure they are under your control and that you clean up after them. Campers must be self-sufficient with their own toilet.
Four wheel drive access is recommended to park down by the water when towing but is accessible easily in dry weather by two wheel drive or motorcycle. Larger vehicles may park on higher ground with a view over the valley with a short walk to the river.
