Cameron and Michelle MacLean welcome you to join them on their 417,000 acre cattle station on Cape York Peninsula in North Queensland. It's about a 1.5 hour drive from Weipa over an unsealed road and around 10 hours from Cairns, with approximately 400klms of unsealed road which can, at times, be rough. Set in cool shady surrounds you have a choice of several different types of accommodation. 3 air conditioned units with queen-sized beds and en-suite An air conditioned Family Unit with en-suite 15 air conditioned single Donga Rooms with shared amenities 8 air conditioned Ensuite Donga Rooms with Double Beds A shaded camping ground with Hot Shower & toilet amenities with a large Camp Kitchen The campground is powered & unpowered and is suitable for tents, camper trailers and caravans. Unfortunately Pets are no longer allowed at Merluna Station.
