Description

Major Mitchell exploration camp site. This is a historical site which allows camping. It's on private land with a gate entrance which must be closed upon entry and exit of the site. The road in is dirt, but pretty well maintained. There is an under cover table and seating with a wood fired BBQ and rubbish bins. There is a toilet but no water available for hand washing. This site would be best suited to the true blue bush camper. Being a private cattle property, I wouldn't recommend dogs.
