Description

Little Boomerang Waterhole camping area is located in the Welford National Park, on the banks of the Barcoo River under the shade of river red gums and tea-trees. Camping permits are required and fees apply. A camping tag with your booking number must be displayed at your camp site. Book online before arrival. Mobile phone coverage is not available at the campground. The camping area can only be reached by conventional vehicles in dry weather. 4WD vehicles are recommended. Camping is unpowered in an open area without defined sites. The campsites are suitable for tent camping beside your vehicle and camper trailers. Campfires are permitted, except when fire prohibitions or fire bans are in place. Fuel stoves are recommended. Generators and pets are not allowed.
