Description

This hotel, which burnt down in the early 1900's, was situated on the Kennedy Developmental road from Winton to Boulia. There were several such 'hotels' on this road during the heyday of Cobb and Co as they were stopover points for the coaches. There are 2 grave sites with white fencing around them with some info signs on them about the people buried there. 1 is about 100 metres from the toilets on an old dam wall and the second is a further 100 metres on Camping is free and toilets and cold showers are available. You may stay up to 24 hours.
