Camping is available at the Goombungee Showgrounds. Powered and unpowered sites are available with toilets, showers, drinking water and laundry. It is dog friendly. It is accessible to RVs, camper trailers, caravans and big rigs. Camping in tents is allowed. It is recommended you phone first as the grounds are sometimes booked out by large caravan groups. Eftpos is available but a Bank surcharge is applicable. Travellers coming up the Toowoomba By Pass take the Kingsthorpe turn off (not Gowie Junction).
