Camping permits are required and fees apply. Book prior to arrival. A tag with your booking number must be displayed at your camp site. Loacted on North Molle Island, within the Molle Islands National Park, Cockatoo Beach camping area features a number of large campsites around the forest edge facing Daydream, Mid and South Molle islands. It is an open area and there are no separately defined sites. Maximum of 24 people. The camping area can be reached by boat (only). Access is limited by tide. Anchorage off the beach is not recommended due to exposure to wind and currents. Facilities include toilet, picnic tables and sheltered picnic tables. Bring your own drinking water. Open fires and ash-producing stoves are not permitted on national park islands or intertidal lands adjacent to national park islands. Use gas or fuel stoves for cooking. Generators and pets are not permitted.
