Located in the Bowling Green National Park, Alligator Falls camping area is a hike-in site near Alligator Creek Falls. It is located 8 km from the main Alligator Creek camping area.
Camping permits are required and fees apply. A tag with your booking number must be displayed at your camp site.
The camping area can be reached on foot only. Walk 8 km along the Alligator Creek Falls track to a clearing before the falls.
Camping is in a small area without separately defined sites. Up to six people in total are allowed. There are no facilities, campers must be completely self-sufficient, carrying food, water and a fuel stove.
Open fires: prohibited. Bring a fuel or gas stove.
Generators: not permitted.
Mobile phone coverage: poor.
Domestic animals are not permitted in Bowling Green Bay National Park.
