Exclusive use campsites on beautiful farmstay 'Coobindah'. Only 2 campsites on entire property, they're well separated from each other to enhance privacy. Magical 'Old Peppertree': elevated, tidy grassy, semi- fenced campsite with large rock firepit, concrete slab 'coffee table', and citronella oil burners. Serene 'Bush Camp': tidy grassy treed campsite surrounded by the Aussie bush and farmland, with rock firepit and stump stools. Plenty of space to setup and park. Enjoy stunning 360 degree views from the hills, amazing sunsets, misty valley mornings, wildlife and nature without the crowds! Cooby Dam just down the road for fishing, kayaking etc. Fabulous location from which to explore the Darling Downs, plenty of local attractions. Only 5 minutes to the renowned Meringandan Pub and only 8 minutes to the very picturesque village of Highfields. 20 minute drive to the 'Garden City' of Toowoomba, which holds the popular Carnival of Flowers every September. 'Old Peppertree' campsite is all weather access suitable for 4wd and 2wd vehicles, caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers and tents. 'Bush Camp' campsite is suitable for 4wd vehicles and off-road/high clearance caravans and motorhomes, camper trailers and tents; this is a recommendation only and access is fairly easy. Must have own chemical toilet and leave no trace. Group bookings available. Pet friendly. MUST BOOK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL VIA HIPCAMP OR CARAVAN OVERNIGHT FARMSTAY.
