Description

This free point of interest offers nice scenery and wildlife viewing. Dogs are not permitted. No camping or overnight parking allowed. June 2024 - this viewing platform is definitely OPEN. From Kakadu Facebook Page We are disappointed with the behaviour of some visitors at Cahills Crossing who have ignored safety signage and walked dangerously close to the water, risking the chance of being attacked by a crocodile. We remind visitors to be Crocwise in Kakadu National Park and to avoid gathering on the road at Cahills Crossing for safety reasons during this time. It's not worth risking your life when there are plenty of other places to safely view crocodiles in the park.
