Description

The Wangi Falls Plunge Pool is 200m from the car park. Several walk options start anti-clockwise from here: Falls Viewing Platform Distance - 160 m return Grade 2- easy Only a short boardwalk away, the platform is a great spot for photos of the plunge pool and falls. Treetop Deck Distance 800 m return Grade 2 - easy climb with some stairs Meander through a monsoon forest to an impressive deck amongst the trees. You'll often hear fying foxes squawking along the way. Wangi Loop Walk Distance - 1.7 km Grade 3 - moderate climb Time allow 1.5 hours This walk continues up past the Treetop Deck to the plateau behind the falls. There is no view of the plunge pool or falls. However Wangi Creek is scenic and you get glimpses of the expansive woodlands below. The track is quite steep and rocky in places and can get slippery when wet.
