Description

Access to Iytwelepenty / Davenport Ranges National Park is often inaccessible after heavy rainfall. Check road conditions with the Ali Curung Police Station: (08) 8964 1959. There are only basic camping facilities in the Park so come well prepared. Wood BBQs and Pit Toilets are available. Camping is only permitted in designated camping areas. Camping fees apply and are payable on-site. Sites are unpowered and suitable for tents, camper trailers and off-road caravans. Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits and firewood collection is not permitted in the park. Bins are not provided, so take your rubbish with you. A great place for swimming is Old Police Station Waterhole. Be careful of submerged logs and rocks. Do not jump or dive into the water. Pets and generators are not permitted.
