Description

This restoration at Stevens Weir starts on 1 October 2019 and is scheduled to finish in late 2020. Recoating Stevens Weir and its gates occurs once every 20 years, but the program has been brought forward while the water levels are low. This is designed to reduce impacts on customers in future years. Its important to note that there may be increased traffic movements and some localised noise impacts during the work. For safety purposes, access to the weirs and surrounding recreation areas will be restricted.
