Description

The visitor centre is on your left as you enter the Mutawintji Park. It is unstaffed, but provides a general introduction to the park for visitors. It is also a good place to stop and get your bearings and use the facilities. The visitor centre has flushing toilets, information on notice boards and a coin pay phone is on the right hand side of the building. You can also stop here for a picnic or barbecue and to fill up your water bottles before heading out onto your park adventure. Pets and domestic animals (other than certified assistance animals) are not permitted. NSW national parks are no smoking areas.
