Located about 8Km north of Bourke along the Mitchell Highway and situated on the banks of the mighty Darling River, Kidman's Camp is not just a stopover on your journey - it is a destination in its own right! Ranging from practical units with shared amenities, through to our popular unique and stylish fully self-contained luxury chalets, there are 20 cabins on site. Located around the park in a variety of configurations, there is an option to suit every family and individual. As for those carrying their own accommodation, there are over 90 powered caravan sites, large and small, set amongst the extensive maintained gardens of the camp. Shady refuges and colourful gardens are dotted around the grounds with an impressive amenities block that includes showers and toilets (with accessible stalls), laundry, and kitchen....not to mention the 2 swimming pools, BBQ areas, short walks and amazing big sky sunsets. In addition to the established sites there is a large grassy camping area available with full access to the amenities. The river and paddleboat Jandra, and complimentary bus pick up and return from one restaurantKidman's Camp has the accommodation option for you in a safe, serene setting in the iconic Outback. Bookings are essential for the paddleboat.
