The Royal Hotel Grong Grong has been purchased by investors including some locals. and refurbished by the local community. Brian & Leanne lease the pub. We are open Wednesday & Thursday from 3pm. Friday from 1pm & Saturday & Sunday from midday. Wednesday & Thursday we have the Main Meal Menu from 6pm. Friday & Saturday we have The Pizza Menu from 6pm. The Grongy is again welcoming campers on-site behind the pub. No cost to camp but please support the pub with your patronage. Currently there are toilets open 24/7 but no power or water. There is free camping with a barbecue and amenity block including hot shower, at Grong Grong Earth Park, a short walk via the railway crossing.
