Important Direction Info - For easy access to property head in on Henderson st off Newell hwy all sealed rd. NELLA VALLEY PROPERTY is located on the 100kmh zone on back yamma rd the 100 sign is at the drive way. Maps will try take you threw Parkesborough rd this is a unsealed rd. Hope to see you soon. Block available for self contained vans also camp trailers and buses 5 mins from Main Street. Shade level ground pets and fire buckets welcome. Must have own water and power source but water can be supplied via delivery. Tank water also available on site free of charge. Note - All campers please use the paddock off to the right as you enter with the old combine harvester in it unless locked. If locked use main front paddock. Note - Gray water is welcome to be let out on the ground. Toilet cassettes are not to be emptied on the property under no circumstances. Note - Fire pits for fires no fires during total fire bans all ash to be left in ash drum please do not leave ash on ground or around trees.
