Gillards campground is the perfect place for a family camping holiday. Campsites are near to the beach, offering opportunities to go surfing, fishing and walking.
There are 70 unpowered sites suitable for tents, camper trailers, caravans, motorhomes and camping beside your vehicle.
Facilities include picnic tables, barbecue facilities, carpark and toilets.
The maximum length of stay is 2 weeks during school holiday periods and 4 weeks at other times.
Firewood cannot be collected in Mimosa Rocks National Park. Penalties apply.
Pets are not permitted.
NSW national parks are no smoking areas.
Access is via 4kms of unsealed, single lane road. Check out is at 10am. Check in is after 2pm. To avoid traffic jams please check out on time and don't arrive early for check in. There are some small pull over bays on the road in but they are more designed for cars, caravans may have difficulty accessing.
Internet signal can be accessed (although weak) in some parts of the campsite (Telstra), otherwise drive to the Cowdroys Rd and Gillards Rd intersection about ½ way back to the Tathra-Bermagui road.
