Excellent spot to base yourself for the Barossa. Can be dusty when windy well worth the $5 per night. Recommend the Greenock Brewery and the local wineries. Thanks to the Greenock Community.

Perfect little spot! A bit hilly, plenty of shade. If you need solar, you might struggle a little unless you have some backup (generator). Toilets cleaned daily. Will be back for sure. $5 donation per car per night.

Yes! Tents are allowed. This site is on the Heysen walking trail list and was suggested to me by the folk at the Visitor centre at Tanunda. I came as a lone cyclist. Tenters should phone 0409 177 657 for permission. I phoned on arrival, the call was picked up after 2 rings and I was given permission.

Good camp amongst the large trees giving lots of shade but very hilly with not many flat areas. We needed solar so we decided to move on.

What an amazing place to stay a little gem. Walk into town and enjoy the 3 cellar doors plus the brewery is a must and lets not forget the pub. Beautiful town with a lot of history and right in the middle of the Borossa. Also free cricket games to watch on the oval. Thank you Greenock for letting us stay. We will.be back. Oh and the toilets cvery clean. Thank you again

Our second stay here, I love Greenock. Community, peaceful, fun with gorgeous wineries. The campsite is in a great spot with toilet access, water, walking distance from the pub and Cellar doors. Fella came round in the morning to clean the toilet block. We'll be back. $5 donation is nothing for what you get!

Perfect location to explore the Barossa. Clean bathrooms. Like many reviews, in cricket season you can't camp around the oval itself, therefore with limited flat spots make sure you have the tools to level your camper out. Can get windy. But for the price and location, we are so grateful, thank you Greenock

Sorry but I don't get this thing with generators, if you want to use one go camp in the Bush somewhere. Great little spot in lovely little town Thankyou Greenock. The Cellar door at Dell'uva Wine just out the Gate we can recommend, there wines are amazing and Stuart is a great host with a World of knowledge.

Great location, affordable for $5 a night per vehicle! Clean toilets! Only problem is the hilly ground.
