Seems they are cashing in on the water park next door! We had a great location right near town water park & town playground & Jetty... But paid the price to do so. Could have stayed at the free camp a few streets back and still used the town facilities for free as we are self contained! Was convenient but there are other cheaper options.

Free waterpark next door to the park was a highlight, unfortunately we had local hooligans doing burn outs and playing music in the jetty car park, also next door on a Tuesday, Wednesday nights. We called the police on the Tuesday night as they were being vocal and menacing. Not the parks fault, but without sleep as the public toilets are also a haven for young no gooders, we won't be back. Great location, dated amenities, lots for kids to do though.

Overpriced at $39 per night powered site. Amenities are dated and quite small with only 2 showers. Great view over water but the bugs drive you inside pretty quickly. Won't be back.

Great park and fantastic customer service. They went above and beyond for us ... We will be back!

Not very impressed, we booked sites for our group but because one member became very ill we became stuck at the Clare caravan park. We were not offered even a partial refund for the deposits we ha paid. I realise that they are not obliged to but most parks will give a partial refund. So they can get stuffed as far as our caravan club is concerned.

Location is excellent but .... Snippy staff, drive through site so small it's impossible to put an awning out, crammed in like sardines, two metres to next van. One person and charged for two. Not doing themselves any favours by being unhelpful and unfriendly. I won't be returning.

Can't Wait To Get On The Road Again

Make sure you get co-ax cable on checking in - not told about it. Amenities dirty, camp kitchen filthy and smelly. Staff ambivalent. Not busy. No rubbish bins - smelly overflowing skip bin for rubbish disposal. Shame..

Great spot although a little overpriced but it was School Holidays. So lovely to see a friendly safe place for families. Water Park next door looked great for the kids. Beautiful beach to walk the dogs & squid to be caught on jetty right out front. We didnt have neighbours behind & on one side so didnt feel closed in & everyone was friendly.

Nice location close to the local jetty for some fishing and crabbing. Fish cleaning facilities provided including crab cooking pots using your own LPG tanks. Sites are available for large rigs like ours - 38'. Lots of facilities for kids as well. Moonta town is only a few minutes away and has lots of shops and a Foodland supermarket. Great spot

Very disappointing. Great views we had a waterfront site but were really crammed in. The ammenities were a disgrace, extremely poorly cleaned and a totally inadequate number for a park so big. During such a busy time they need attending to more than once a day. One washing machine for the entire bottom level is crazy. Wallaroo is much better
