The ruins unfortunately are ruined. Rubbish, folk driving all over the site, ants nests with ants pouring out of them. The ant population was something to behold, and then leave! We went to the other side of the creek and found an okay spot for the night.

Just be aware of a very keen dingo who watched every move we made in the morning and was not scared of us at all. Might pose an issue with kids or dogs. We also had a rat inside our camper while another chewed the windscreen washer hose.
