Fall asleep to the sound of the waves at this beautiful beachfront camping area. Sites are unmarked, unpowered and cost $10 per night. Beach shelters, toilets and limited tank water are available. Take your rubbish with you. Be aware of soft sand and high tides. 4WD recommended for beach camping. Dogs are permitted if kept under control.

Awesome place to relax. Just be aware that the sand gets very soft the further away from the huts you go. Best to drive onto the wet sand and reverse straight up, not park parallel to the water. Saw a few get bogged, including us Lucky everyone is happy to help get you out

Just such a perfect beach. Amazing. Amazing . Amazing. 22ft Twin Bunk Family Caravan easily Parked on the sand 5 metres from high tide mark. Lots of kids and boating around. Everyone friendly. Very kid and dog friendly. Toilets are very clean. No running drinking water. Buy in town about 20mins away in Streaky bay. WikiCamps and google show wrong way in. Turn in at main signed turn-off. Then turn left.

It's ungrateful people like you 2101813 that get these great sites closed. Amazed you admitted to staying without paying.

We are thinking about getting there tomorrow. Is it easy to drive with car and van onto the beach and won't you get bogged? Do you need to bring water?

Love this unique spot, yes a few vans but you still have heaps of space (not like in a caravan park) & you're ON THE BEACH! No packing the car to get to the beach, lovely relaxing camp.

Are there many vans camped there ATM.

Wow!!!! Such a beautiful place. We were lucky enough to drive straight onto the beach to a hut. Sunsets look like they are going to be amazing. Toilets clean. Lots of vans and campers here but we'll spread out I think. Definitely worth a look.

On a budget

User 2101813 Who cleans the toilets Who supplies the toilet roll You probably steel the toilet rolls as you are steeling from a committee that supply a really good camp, people like you will cause these places to shut down SHAME ON YOU
