Stayed for a couple of days with power paid $5 at Pub . There is a large area for vans ,just be careful we had a tree branch fall near us. Had pie ,chips and gravy at the pub loved it and only $10

Heavy rain Sunday night so browned grass should green up. Counted 35 rigs as pub had pig on a spit on the Saturday. 25 rigs pulled out Sunday. Great pub food. Must check out the cafe with motorcycle memorabilia. Hundreds of bottle brush bushes in flower on creek sides. Abundant bird life - fairy wrens, azure kingfisher, king parrots, black cockatoo and many more. I camped almost at the end, 8 min stroll to the pub, rewarded with a beer. Even spotted a wallaby 6am. Great flat sites - pick your own - plenty of shade. Great quiet spot, my second time.

We love this place so much it has a lot of history and a swing bridge will be back again. Arrived here on 20th September 2020 spent 1 night free camp and 2 nights on powered site for $5.00 well done to Cooyar for supplying power to free camp area at a small cost for power. Excellent spot, mostly shady. There are two poles with 2 points each and a box on electricity pole near swing bridge this has a number of points. No facilities so mush have own loo. there is a cost of $5 pn for power and a donation for non power would be appreciated pay at hotel

Spacious park area with covered tables, bbq, shade, grass, quiet. Toilets a fair distance. Power for 4 units, $5 pn pay at hotel. A large bus seems to be staying for some time at one power point. Most campers only overnight. Recommended spot.

Got caught by the swooping magpie! Lovely grounds for a camp thougg. Suspension bridge underwhelming

Just a warning. There's a swooping magpie and apparently you're only supposed to stay for 2 nights(!) though we were given no indication of this from the app or any signage here.

Great peaceful night with plenty of room for our 21.6 van. Pub had pig on a spit and live band unfortunately for us it was all book out by a large group Covid restrictions applied. Awesome spot for a 1 or 2 night stay

Nice place to stay for a night or two. Toilets three minute walk away of you need them. Power available (pay in pub). BBQ and picnic tables and lots of shade. Depending on the age of your phone you might not have reception with telstra or optus as this is a 4G only place.
