Super quiet awesome overnight stop. small little creek crossing to get to site as new bridge is getting built. Would definitely stay again.

Just stopped over for a long lunch break. It's a shady spot with couple of small waterholes and a fabulous corridor of old River Redgums along the channel of the Barcoo - no Coolibahs in cooee (despite the trail). There was not a lot of wildlife around when we were there (midday) but a couple of top notch birds visited.

Stayed 3 nights very quiet. Had breakfast with Harry the duck and we would both just snooze all morning in the shade,he even slept under my chair today while I read a book for a couple of hours,
